Each month builds on the last — regulating your nervous system first, then deepening into womb sovereignty, inner union, energetic mastery, devotional eros, and finally embodied leadership.

Foundations of Wholeness & Embodied Safety
Before pleasure can feel powerful, it must feel safe.
This month establishes your somatic baseline.
You will:

• Build breath literacy and embodied presence
• Develop trauma-informed consent awareness (for self and clients)

At the end of our 6-month online journey, you are invited into a 5 day in-person Embodiment Immersion held in Hawai‘i — a sacred gathering designed to anchor the teachings into your body, deepen your confidence as a practitioner, and complete the arc of Erotic Wholeness in the most intimate, powerful way: together, in the flesh.
This retreat is an opportunity to:
• Meet your sisters in person, weaving the final threads of trust, devotion, and embodied sisterhood.
• Practice the modalities you’ve learned — sacred touch, womb resonance, energetic de-armoring, somatic attunement — in real-time dyadic ceremony.
• Experience guided Priestess Rites designed specifically for temple space, including partnered yoni alchemy practices (clothed or discreet; always boundaried, consensual, and attuned).
• Receive live feedback and mentorship from Lillian to refine your practitioner presence, intuitive listening, and skillfulness.
• Root your embodiment in a way that is nearly impossible to achieve through online work alone — this is where your confidence flowers.

The Embodiment Immersion is fully optional.
You do not need to attend to receive certification.

Do I need a Yoni Egg or Wand for this program?
No. These tools are optional. All practices can be done with a yoni egg, wand, your own hands, or simply energetically—without any internal touch at all. What matters is your presence and willingness to listen to your body.
That said – if you can get a Crystal Egg or Wand, it's a beautiful ally to have!

What if I’ve experienced trauma or feel disconnected from my body?
This work is profound for healing sexual trauma and disassociation from the body. It's exactly why I begin this work, to heal my own sexual trauma 💜
Everything in this program is invitational and trauma-aware. You are always encouraged to go at your own pace, to pause, adapt, or simply witness a practice without doing it. Your body’s timing is sacred.
You are welcome here, exactly as you are.
Will I have to be on camera during self-pleasure practices?
No. For any intimate temple practice, you are invited to turn your Zoom camera off and create a private space in your own bedroom.
You will be guided gently through the experience, but what you choose to do is completely your own.
Do I need prior experience with Tantra?
Not at all. This journey is for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
You will be guided step by step, with everything explained in a clear, safe, and reverent way.
What if I feel resistance or discomfort?
Resistance is part of the path. You are never expected to push past your edges.
Instead, we welcome the resistance with compassion and curiosity—it often carries wisdom, and moving slowly is a form of devotion and care.
What if I don’t feel much at first?
That’s completely normal. Sensitivity and pleasure often awaken gradually.
Through presence, breath, and consistency, numbness melts into aliveness.
Trust that every moment of practice is working at subtle levels, even if you don’t feel it right away.
